For The Break In Procedure, Do I Have To Open Up The Safety Valve?

I just bought a 69667 and want to follow the break in process listed in page 7. It asks that you open all of the regulators and valves. I know of only the pressure regulator. Are there any other regulators? Also, I know of only two valves, the drain valve (on the bottom of the tank) and the safety valve. Are there any other valves?(Dont think so).So, if I'm correct, I opened the pressure regulator and only the drain valve. Should I open the safety valve?
