How To Stop Subscription That I Don't Want

Hello,I entered a contest and apparently also signed up for a free issue and one year subscription to Redbook. I do not want the free issue or the subscription. The entry form is confusing and print is tiny on a tablet. How do I put a stop to this entry/subscription?
