O Mag Subscription

Hello, I ordered your O magazine in November 2010 – when subscribing it provides a drop down menu of countries and Australia was an option, so I’m assuming that you deliver to Australia? They have advised to wait 4 -6 weeks for delivery – It’s now been 10 weeks and I just wanted to check and see if my order was still being processed?   Unfortunately I can not use the method you have provided to check on my order as it is tailored only for American/Canadian residents. How do I enquire about my subscription?   In order to make an enquiry on my subscription I need to compete 1 of 3 sections Login using your Account Number – found on my subscription – I haven’t received a magazine yet Login using your Email Address and Zip Code/ American zip code – I live in Australia Login using your Name and Mailing Address/American or Canadian address -  I live in Australia   Please see email confirmation below - I have no other email address to respond too!
