Remove Url Not My Site With No Index Tag
How do I get Bing to remove a new paper article from their search engine? I do not own the web site, but the webmaster has placed a NO INDEX META TAG on the article. I need Bing to recrawl the page and stop listing it on their search engine.

Microsoft (Bing) will not consider such a request coming from someone who is not the website owner.
The NOINDEX tag is automatic [note the spelling, with no spaces], and if it's there the site will be automatically removed from search results, although there is ordinarily a time lapse before the change is effectuated. In the meantime there is a quick-action procedure, but it's temporary and available only to the website owner. The website owner may invoke that procedure at https://www.bing.com/webmaster/help/block-urls-fro... under "When Time is an Issue."
Unfortunately, there's nothing a non-owner can do, outside of communicating with the website owner.
