Article View For Food Network And Hgtv Read On A Nook Hd

I subscribed to both Food Network and HGV through Barnes and Noble to read on my Nook HD. The first ones came through in article form which is exactly what I needed. In that format I can enlarge the page and cut and save recipes. Subsequent magazines came through in another format that will not all me to enlarge the page or save recipes. I do not want to continue my subscription if I cannot get the article format.
