Why The 10 Manual Limit?
So in the process of answering peoples questions, I would open the manual and find the answer and the page number, but in the process I hit a 10 per day limit. We are already limited since we cannot attach to this forum, and no on-going dialog to really answer questions properly.

Hello. A few updates for you...
- We have added you to our list of users who do not have any limit on the number of manuals you can view each day. We have those limits in place to avoid spam and malicious downloading of the materials we make available. If anybody else would like this limit removed, please contact us via the link on the bottom of our site.
- We have just added the ability to include up to 3 images with each answer. We hope you find this useful.
- We provide the functionality for back-and-forth discussion and ongoing dialog using the "Request more information" button. Using that form, you can request information from the person who asked the question, and they can reply to that request.
We hope these updates address your concerns, but please let us know if not.
