When I Will Get My Gift Card Code?

I have placed a request on tuesday to redeem a $10 amazon gift card code, can any one tell me in how much time I will get that?

HelpOwl clearly says "5 business days". Since today is Friday, this is only the third business day. I have redeemed many times and HelpOwl has never once missed any redemption or even been late by 1 day.
