Not all of your reviews or answers are being accepted. You need to be a little more specific on your reviews. Simply stating, "This is a great product, I use it all of the time" is not really useful to someone who is considering buying a particular product. Why do you like it? What specific features do you like about it? And on your answers to other people's questions. Same thing. Simply saying "Call the manufacturer for support" is not providing any sort of meaningful answers.  Try giving just a few more details on both your answers and on your reviews and you will find your acceptance percentage will improve dramatically.
