Why Was My Account Banned?

When I try to login, I get a message saying I've been blocked on grounds of suspicious activity. I've been HelpOwl certified, and it isn't as if I've been posting one-word answers. My username was Esperstrong.

Hello. Your account has been temporarily blocked due to the large number of copy/paste reviews that you submitted in a clear attempt to acquire points without providing relevant/helpful reviews. You posted 30 company reviews in 45 minutes all with the exact same content other than the company name. A few examples:

D-Link is a good company renowned for both its product satisfaction rate and its excellent customer service.
1and1 is a good company renowned for both its product satisfaction rate and its excellent customer service.
21st Century is a good company renowned for both its product satisfaction rate and its excellent customer service.

This type of activity violates our terms of use which is why your account was suspended.

"Suspicious activity" usually refers to the possibility that someone else is using your account. In that case, changing your password may help. Yahoo has a page devoted to solutions for that problem, here, which could apply in this case as well.

u might want to try to re-register your account with a new email address and username. i have had that happen to me on yahoo. and had to sign up for a new account. what it means by having suspicious activity is, someone is trying to type in your email or password on your acct. and if they get it wrong 3 times. your account will go on lockdown for about 12 hours. and suggest u to sign up with a new account on here, get a new username, and get a new password. hope that this helps.
