Complaint About Wronfully Charged Amounts On Credit Card.
Why do you think you have the right to charge my credit card with an amount more than twice the sum due, even though THAT SUM DUE WAS PAID IN CASH by me? This happened with Hertz Uruguay. I paid at the Punta del Este Airport the sum of $488, which was due for a five-day rental. At the same time my card was charged $1200, which left me with no credit, having to endure the embarrassing remark: Madam, you have no funds expendable. Please give me an explanation
