my question is, is your printer, printing out the same information over and over? if so, click on your computer where it says printer & fax.

when you click on printer, the printer that you are using should have a check by it saying default printer.

click on your default printer, and it should show you an option saying: "see what's printing".

after you click on it, it should show you what is waiting to be printed, and if it's keep printing, what you don't want to keep printing, click deleted and it should stop it from printing.
