Enter Special Key Code Combo
mijn toestel geeft enter special key code combo aan. Wat moet ik doen?lk krijg het toestel ook niet meer afgezet.

Press and hold the "left arrow" key. Press the "Setup" key and release both keys. Display should say "Enter Special Key Combo"

Ik heb het relevante deel van het document vertaald.
Ik vond deze oplossing voor een storing in het C5180 inktsysteem....en nam aan/ hoopte dat de firmware hetzelfde was....het werkte!!!
Houd de "linker pijl" toets ingedrukt.
Druk op de "Setup" toets en laat beide toetsen los.
Het scherm moet zeggen "Enter Special Key Combo".
Druk op de "OK" toets en laat deze los
1. Druk op de rechter pijltjestoets en laat deze los totdat op het display "System Configuration Menu" verschijnt.
2. Druk op de toets "OK" en laat hem los.
3. Op het display moet "Hardware failure status" staan. Indien dit nog niet het geval is, ga dan met de pijltjestoets naar "Hardware failure status",
4. 4. Druk op de "OK"-toets en laat hem los.
5. Op het display moet staan: "Hardware failure status: Wissen. Druk op OK om te wissen".
6. Druk op de "OK"-knop en laat hem los. Het bericht verandert in "Hardwarestatus gewist. Druk op Annuleren om door te gaan".
7. Druk zo vaak als nodig op de knop "CANCEL", zodat het scherm "Welcome to Photosmart Express" verschijnt of het scherm "Ink System Failure". PROBEER IN DIT STADIUM NIET AF TE DRUKKEN.
8. Zet het apparaat met de aan/uit-knop UIT en trek de stekker van het netsnoer uit de achterkant van de printer en uit het stopcontact.
9. Wacht 30 seconden tot de stroom is ontladen en steek dan de stroomkabel eerst in het stopcontact en daarna in de achterkant van de printer.
10. Zet het apparaat aan. Op de printer kan het bericht "GEBRUIK DE POWER BUTTON OM DE PRINTER UIT TE SCHAKELEN" verschijnen, gevolgd door "PRESS OK TO CONTINUE". Druk op OK.
11. Als de printer al geïnitialiseerd is, ga dan naar de volgende stap. Zo niet, dan start de printer het "ONE TIME INK INITIALIZATION PROCESS". Laat dit proces voltooid worden en onderbreek het niet. Zodra het initialisatieproces is voltooid, drukt de printer een diagnostische pagina af.
12. Druk een ZELF-TEST PAGINA af om de werking van de printer te controleren. Als de ZELF TEST wordt afgedrukt, is de printer klaar voor gebruik.

OPMERKING: Als de fout nog steeds aanwezig is of zich opnieuw voordoet, moet het apparaat worden vervangen.
