Printer Will Not Stay 'on' Needs Turning All The Time Before I Can Print

HP deskjet 3055A will not stay on even though I press the 'on' om the scroll and also wireless

Greetings - The printer does not seem to have anything like an auto-power off feature and thus I trust it a mulfuntion. The printer may not be receiving enough power - try pluging it to a different wall socket and observe. Also check if it still auto power-off if left on but not connected to the PC (if it does, you may want to uninstall its application and driver and reinstall them afresh).
