Hp Envy 23-o014 Problems Touch Screen Not Working

bought a new computer two hours ago can't get app screen to pull talked to hp tech support they seem to think operating system has crashed do you have any idea what's going on

As the PC is new presumably there is lttle data on the unit. First suggestion is to perform a rebuild from the recovery partition if there is one. If your unit has an SSD you will have been given a recovery CD with it. Refer to the user guide as to how to perform a recovery. This may solve it. Link attached to HP.
