Black Line
when i scan my documents i get a thick black line on my document in the left side i have clean the surface but still no solution

This is usually caused by failed ink cartridges on your HP J3680 printer. You can try cleaning the ink cartridge using the application of HP provided from the software CD. If this didn't solve the problem, please replace the ink cartridge with a brand new one. You can buy compatible ink cartridges from the following links:
