Can't Get My Printer To Make Copies. Makes Copies From Computer Or From E Print,

Hi. Either you do not have the device drivers installed or the printer is out of ink. The latest computer drivers and software bundle is available here https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-officejet-4620-e-all-in-one-printer-series/model/5101234

Having said all, the printer may be simply defect, requiring service.
