Why Do Some Print Jobs Get Stuck As 'incoming' And Never Print?
When printing many individual print jobs in one sitting, some of the print jobs at random never print, and show in the print queue as "incoming". When I hit the little refresh button next to the job, they disappear from the queue and I have to go back and re-print those jobs. Any idea why this is happening and how I can avoid it? (Aside from not printing so many jobs at once, because I don't have a choice in that matter.)

Greetings - This is common and could be owing to one or more things - however it is good to know the hp has designed a quick and easy to use software that diagnoses and automatically fix many printing problems (which might just include the issue in question) - the software is called Hp Print and Scan Doctor and can be downloaded on the link below -
