The Screen On My Hp Officejet Pro8600 Does Not React To The Touch?

I called and Bernardo Alejo gave me the claim because l had previous problems with the connection on the printer control panel which seemed to be stucked. Know l continue having setting up the features. No touch on the screens answers.
