i am not sure if your printer is airprint enabled, which is what you need to print from an ipad, iphone etc, here is apples official list: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201311

failing that, you could try various printing apps such as hp eprint and print n share https://mobile.eurosmartz.com/products/printnshare.html
