How I Can Turn On Wi-fi And Blue Tooth In My Probook 4530s Notebook Laptop

When WIndows running press the button on top grille above keybaord, is the button at the right. Light on that button has to be BLUE and not GREEN.

Then click Windows button (bottom right hand corner of screen) and luanch HP connection manager
