How To Enable Microphone In Hp 4530

There are two Microphone inputs on the laptop, the regular front jack input and the digital microphone which is next to the webcam. You have to manually select the correct microphone in your programs options. Open whatever program you want to use the microphone with e.g Skype and goto the sound or audio settings, find the microphone setting and change it to 'Digital Mic' this should solve your problem.
