Why Am I Unable To Watch The Nbc Live Streaming Olympics On My Hp Laptop?

Despite having all of the up to date software listed on the NBC Website FAQ, with Internet Service, more than fast enough, approval by NBC and all else listed I am unable to watch the Live Stream of the London Olympics at all. I have a black screen and nothing else. My HP DV6-1245dx is able to stream television and movies in HD from Comcast so I do not understand why this is. My HP Laptop seems to meet the Hardware Requirement listed with only possible exception, which is a statement on NBC's FAQ I can no longer find which said I needed a 64 bit Video Card but laptops don't have Video Cards. I emptied my cache, my cookies were already set as described. I have checked and already complied with EVERY Single listed Requirement with the single exception of dumping all of my cookies which I don't want to do for a number of reasons including the belief doing so will resolve nothing. Can my HP Pavilion dv6-1245dx handle the NBC Olympic Streaming or not if everything else is Right, Which It Is with the only possible exceptions I mentioned? Please do not tell me to repeat what I already have checked numerous times and answer my question.
