There are a few reasons why the red light might still be blinking on your HoMedics AP-T10-WT air purifier even after you've changed the filter.

The filter is not installed correctly. Make sure that the filter is properly inserted and that the filter cover is locked in place.

The filter is dirty. Even if you've just changed the filter, it's possible that the filter is already dirty if you use the air purifier in a dusty environment. Try cleaning the filter with a vacuum cleaner or replacing it with a new one.

The reset button needs to be pressed. After you change the filter, you need to press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to reset the filter indicator light.
