Paraspa Plus? Paraffin Bath, Homedics, Par-350

I just purchased the ParaSpa Plus? Paraffin Bath, HoMedics, PAR-350. I followed the instructions to set up and melted the wax. When I went back to dip my hands it had automatically shut off. I went to turn it back on and now the light nor the machine will.come on. Can you please provide any solutions?
