Complaint Booked A Holiday 03052012 With Holland America Through Goingplaces

not happy with the way holland america  staff treated the company i was dealing with on the phone the member of staff was vicky i was with going places travel  greenock the time  it took was over 1hour 30m asked for cabin vf and flights from glasgow for2 on the 06082012 was given a price for flights and cruise going places staff roseann asked vicky to hold till she asked if that was ok with me i said ok please book it when roseann spoke to vicky she said that the price had gone up on the flights and the cabin had gone was offered a ve cabin balcony this cost us more to book vicky was slow in dealing with roseann  not happy with her responce
