Honk Malfunction
I have a 2001 Honda Acoord. The Honk works on and off. The dealer cannot find the cause for the problem.

There is an electrical relay that controls the horn -- this relay may be going bad. If you have a multimeter, you can test the relay, or you can replace it with another one and see if the problem goes away. You can find full instructions for replacing the horn relay here:
