Getting Only Heat, Although Set To Ac.

What is proper wiring for this model?

Hello, if you have a heat pump the set up may not be set correctly, I enclosed a few diagrams, the only difference in the heat pump and gas furnace are the O and B terminals which are energizing the reversing valve in the heat or cool mode, so if you have a heat pump and used B and got cooling inheat just switch to terminal O.

These diagrams should help you, the red 24 volt "hot leg" enters the thermostat on Red and is sent to the varous circuits, if you have a volt meter I can walk you through further diagnostics
