Brushes Do Not Rotate
We've already cleaned brushes, cleaned filter. Brushes do not rotate but everything else seems to work. how do we dissassemble to inspect further and which parts should we be looking at?

If they do not rotate, check the belt that transfers drive to the brushes -- it may be off of its gear, or it may be worn down or bad. If the belt looks good, the motor itself could be the problem, or the gear attached to the motor that sits on the other end of the belt.
