How Can I Access My Wife's Hotmail Account As She Died Suddenly.

My wife died suddenly at 38yrs, and all her bank account details and personal photos, and mails that I need to deal with, are stored on her hotmail account, but I cant seem to find anyone that can help me get access to her account. there seem to be no email address or phone number that I can phone.
