I Forgot My Password And Security Question.account Also Blocked.

i tried to log in in the past few days but failed. i tried resetting password but cant remember my security question's answer and now my account is blocked due to too many unsuccessful log in attempts.

If you cannot change password via conventional methods (ie - through security answer or alternate email address), it first needs to be verified. You can initiate the process of recovering your hotmail account here:

https://windowslivehelp.com/PasswordReset.aspx

When you get your account verified and change the password, it should be changed to at least 7 characters, contain upper and lower case letters, numbers, and a special character.

I would also scan your PC for viruses/spyware/malware. I good free AV tool I use is Avira. It can be found here. Good luck to you.
