I Forgot My Secret Answer And The Alternate Email Is Not Right

I forgot my secret answer for my email and the alternate email it sends my reset info to is to the email I forgot my password to. How do I reset my password than?

If you cannot access your hotmail account or it has been compromised and you cannot change password via conventional methods (ie - through security answer), if first needs to be verified. You can initiate the process of recovering your hotmail account here:

https://windowslivehelp.com/PasswordReset.aspx

When you get your account verified and change the password, it should be changed to at least 7 characters, contain upper and lower case letters, numbers, and a special character.
