Suddenly Stopped Receiving Email This Am

I did not change anything on my account and noticed that I have become unable to receive new email since about 4 hours ago. Test msg from another account DID NOT BOUNCE. This is not a problem with filters or folders. How can I get in touch with SOMEONE at MSN Hotmail to help fix???

Hotmail is a Microsoft product, and as any Microsoft product, it's not relaiable.
The solution is to register to a proper E-Mail service (something not provided by Microsoft, like GMail), and register this address at live.com so you can use it with MSN.
