How Can I Talk To Someone From Hotmail To Get My Account Fixed?

Someone evidently hacked my account, and now it is another language. How can it be fixed? I am very pissed off about it.

Can't say I blame you, I'd be pissed too....

There are a number of sources to contact Microsoft. I can't guarantee the validity of all of them. Hotmail suggests that for most issues you cantact them by using the support link at http://www.hotmail.com 24 hours a day.
