VERY CONCERNED ABOUT E MAIL RECEIVED FROM HENRYSMITHIS@HOTMAIL .COM. I PROVIDED USER AND PASSWORD BECAUSE HE MENTION RISK OF LOOSING MY ACCOUNT. HE SAID I COULD CHANGE MY PASSWORD AND I DID. FOR MY PEACE OF MIND WAS THIS FROM WINDOW LIVE TEAM CUSTOMER SERVICE AS MENTIONED.

If you clicked a link in the email to change the password you have probably been hacked.

Go directly to Hotmail, log in (with the old passwsord) and change it to something else. Don't use the one you used before.

Hotmail support "might" ask you to change a password but they will never ask for it.

It's always best to go directly to a web site and never click on a link in an email if you have any suspicion about it.

Go change the password NOW. if you cant get in do a password recovery ASAP.
