Why Am I Not Able To Retreive My E-mails?

The website says that my account has been compromised. I have gone through all of the steps, changed my password, have a reset link sent to an alternate address, a code sent to my cell phone, but I still cannot receive my e-mails. I tried to ask the question via their Customer Support forum, but if I am not able to login, how can I get support. Any ideas on how to access my information?
