Account Blocked / Password Will Not Reset

My account was blocked "junk e-mail sent" - I tried to reset my password - they sent me an e-mail with no link. - I tried customer support - no help either. At a loss - I cannot access my folders or my e-mails. What Can I Do To Recover My E-mail Account Quickly?
