I Am Blocked From My E Mail. I Asked For Code To Be Sent To My Phone To Unblock

I am blocked from my e mail account. i asked for a code to be sent to my cell and no code came. I tried to get into my mail once again and still blocked! I asked once again to have code sent to my cell as per thier request and I was told I had tried too many times to get the dadblamed code...frickity frackin...email!!!
