'contact' Folder Now Called 'people'

I have a virus in my Hotmail "Contact" folder, which has now called "People". I have deleted all my contacts under this new name People. How can I delete "People"? I have already paid 100.00. To fix a virus in July. I am out of work and can not keep giving money to fix a virus in July now August?? I am out of work and need my account. If there is no way without paying more money, I will have to cancel my account. Christine Marshall
