My E Mail Hs Been Hacked, Password,secret Question Changed, No Alternat Email

my e mail hs been hacked, hacker haschanged password and secret question etc, i do not have alternate e mail. i have written to solution center but still no solution please help me to restore my account

If you cannot access your hotmail account or it has been compromised and you cannot change password via conventional methods, if first needs to be verified. You can initiate the process of recovering your hotmail account here:

https://windowslivehelp.com/PasswordReset.aspx

When you get your account verified and change the password, it should be changed to at least 7 characters, contain upper and lower case letters, numbers, and a special character.
