Please Help! My Hotmail Account ([email protected]) Has Been Blocked.

My Hotmail account has been blocked. A recent unwanted email prompted me to block this person from being able to send email to me via my [email protected] email address. I am pretty sure that he has most likey tried to gain access to my email by attempting to use various passwords unsuccessfully, therefore BLOCKING ME FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT. The messages that I am getting are: CERTIFICATE ERROR/ NAVIGATION BLOCKED/ THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH WEBSITE'S SECURITY CERTIFICATE/ THE CERTIFICATE PRESENTED BY THE WESITE HAS EXPIRED OR IS NOT YET VALID/ SECURITY CERTIFICATE PROBLEMS MAY INDICATE AN ATTEMPT TO FOOL YOU OR INTERCEPT ANY DATA YOU SEND TO THE SERVER/ Then ther are 3 Icons to choose from (I have clicking on the 2nd one): *Click here to close this website. *Continue to this website (not recommended). *More information. I am also now getting a pop up across the top of certain sites (even at the top of your HELP OWL site), that says: To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has blocked this website from displaying content with security certificate errors. Click here for options. Please help me gain access back into my OWN HOTMAIL EMAIL ACCOUINT. I have been laid off work since April 2011 and this account has ALL my employer contact information, Texas Workforce Commission information, potential employer contact information, as well as family and friend information. There MUST be SOME kind of Security questions that I can answer in order to have my account UNBLOCKED. PLEASE PLEASE help. I appreciate whatever help you can offer!
