I Have A Hotmail Account Apparently It Has Been Blocked.

I have a hotmail account apparently it has been blocked. Perrhaps because of hackers. I cannot even access my emails to get a code or even change my password. I have tried to access through messenger too but with no results. My eamail address is Roger2009_61@hotmail,com but I cannot open it at all. Please could you email me a solution to [email protected] which I can access.. Thank you Roger Houlden
