Is Hotmail Having A Problem Tonight( 10/7) ? Can't Send Emails To Contacts.

I can't send an email to one on my contact list. Bunch of crap to re-word ,security concerns. Did, couldn't file and save to send, or send to my other provider. If you have a problem Ok, just let me know. If you are going to decide whether you'll allow me to send an email to a contact, you'll be dropped as my main carrier ASAP. Don't interfere with my message to someone on my cotact list! I control my computer NOT YOU!
