I'm Block Out Of My 2 Email Address, How Do I Get Assistance To Fit This Problem

My email adress was compromise and I got blocked, no problem good job. But, in order to get assistance I mus sign in, and the computer does not allow me to do so. It require my to open a new account, giving up personal information, name, address, bank card. How do I know this is legit. Please can I talk to some one, I have this email address for yrs and would like to keep it, but I'm not going to compromise any more information, over the computer.

If you are referring to an email you recieved then do not click any links on it.

You should go directly into Hotmail by typing the address or using a shortcut you saved.

NEVER EVER give bank card info when asked unless YOU initiated the contact.

Try calling Hotmail on the phone.
