Can't Login With My Correct Password.

I am very upset dew to the fact that i have a serious problem with my email, and there is no 1-800 number that i can call for help. A couple of days ago, i received an email from windows live in forming me that they need my password to my email address, because it was vital for them to have it, so i gave it to them. The next day i could not login with my password. I was putting in the right password, but it still would not let me login. I tried the recovery process, but they could not help me. I can't even get a reset password link sent to me so i can try an reset my password. Please send me my password reset link, so that i can try and rest my password to see if that would work. All of my bank information and receipt along with all my busness information is in my email. It has been 3 days and i still can't check my email. Plesae help.
