I Can No Longer Access My Mail On This Computer

Please be more specific.
Hotmail is accessed using your web browser. Can you not connect to the hotmail web site? Can you not log in? Is your browser not working?
I would try a different browser first. If you use Internet Explorer try Mozilla Firefox.
Try turning off pop-up blockers. Also you can try purging your browser's cache. Instructions for doing that are here: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache
