Recently I Can Only Send 10 Emails At A Time. Please Help!!

Recently I can only send 10 emails at a time before I could send 50 Plus emails at a time. I belong to a Non Profit Organization and need to send 50 Plus emails at a time. I have had this account from March of 2009, before I had another email account that was hacked . We have been with hot mail for over 15 years. Please Help, ASAP. Tara Jagtiani
