How Do I Unblock My Account And Why Was It Blocked?

Can anyone help me hotmail in its wonderful wisdom has decided to band me shut me out from my account heaven knows why.  It requests my phone number of course I have no idea which phone number it requests as I have had hotmail for like years and this is the first time I have been locked out.  Having moved around a lot of countries does not help as obviosuly my phone number will change  then I tried to put my recent contact number in thailand   as it says it will text my code to unband me After this attempt I am then told I have not entered the right country and kicks me out and tells me to re enter the correct country.   I think it wants Singapore as a country but I am no longer living in Singapore if anyone can tell me who to get hold of regards hotmail shutting me out I will be most greatful otherwise I will just have to set up a new account system with yahoo or gmail totally unimpressed with hotmail at the moment.  All my contacts are in the system and now they are locked out to me this includes my personal banking contacts in SA and England contacts and other important contacts not to mention some special friends that dont do facebook .I am really annoyed and after reading some of the reviews on hotmail a load of people are saying they need to pay a fee, to re register if this is the case then I will do some googling to get my contacts again and change to another email service. Thanks  any advice greatly appreciated.
