How To Unblock My Hotmail Email Adress.

my hotmail acount is blocked, i am trying to unlock it, and for the security code it gives me a selection of one email adress which is the alternative email adress, and they both are blocked, so i cant open any of these two emails. both of them are blocked, and they re alternative email adresses for each other.
