An Unknown Windows Live Hotmail Associated With My Account.

I have been running my hotmail account for several years, but just yesterday, as I tried to sign out of my account, I was redirected to http://g.live.com/9uxp9soui/so-en-us which is a malware site. If not for my antivirus software, my computer would have been infected. I have changed my password and some security settings, still the problem persist. The worst is that even when I tried to close down my account permanently, I was told that I have to close down the unknown windows live hotmail account linked to my account. Please help me trace and fix this problem or tell me how to shut down my account permanently. Thanks.
