Unwanted Spam

I am now receiving 100's of spam emails per week into my account and each time I block them they come back usually th same day from a 'slightly' changed address, very often with exactly the same title... is it possible to block certain words from the title etc.. loan ppi personal injury and on and on they go. I have read how to block the address from '@' onwards but this method they use actually beats that method

Hi, spam senders are clever and extremely persistent. You can block individual words by using a filter. For example, you could set up an email filter so that any email with the words "personal injury" in the title goes directly to your junk mail or spam folder.
